For future update about this feature, you can take a look at the "Admin Gag" plugin. I think "God" is a person which fulfils those things. English French German Polish. Changes have been written in the first post. I have only 5.00 languages which are the AMX default ones. I'm going to release new version today that will include menu with disconnected players, but I'm not sure I'll do it till next day.
